The department has over 80 members, dedicated Command Staff, and Chain of Command with experience in multiple fields, including real-life Fire Rescue and Emergency Medical Services. The department has countless resources, documents, and guidelines based on real-life Emergency Services Administration and Operating Procedures.

Department Divisions & Subdivisions:
Fire Investigations Division
The SAFR Fire Investigations Division is responsible for the internal investigation of member misconduct. This division handles all complaints and investigates the contents to issue a disciplinary actions. Members are not disclosed and are appointed at the discretion of the Battalion Chief, the Division Command for the Fire Investigations Division.
Training Division
The SAFR Training Division is tasked with organizing and coordinating all forms of internal training for the department. The Training Division falls under the office of the Battalion Chief. The Training Division's Standard Operating Procedure can be found on the department portal.
Flight Operations Division
The Flight Operations Division is SAFR's Air Ops subdivision that provides assistants on Search and Rescues / AirCare Operations and Wildfire Ops. Application to this division can be found on the portal under SAFR Divisions.
Fleet Division
The SAFR Fleet Division is responsible for the management and maintenance of department vehicles. Division Members may also investigate incidents that involve department vehicles. The Fleet Division is responsible for outfitting apparatus with equipment. The Fleet Division falls under the office of the Battalion Chief.
PIO Division
The SAFR PIO Division is responsible for increasing public awareness of the department's services and activities. This is accomplished through the furnishing of press releases, direct public outreach, and community events.
